A developer simulator for the upcoming Blackberry Torch 9850 (code-named Monaco) is now available via online. The simulator provides developers and users a chance to explore RIM's Blackberry OS 7 (formerly called OS 6.1), including a new keyboard layout. FYI, the Blackberry OS 7 features a new soft-keyboard layout, an improved browser, and the company's upcoming “slate” style Blackberry. The Blackberry Torch 9850 is expected to launch on the Sprint network sometime in August 2011. [
